Dr Shankardev Saraswati: Stress and the Mind-Body Connection

from Unstress with Dr Ron Ehrlich · host Unstress Health

In what is known as the mind-body connection, physical and emotional health are strongly connected. This week we welcome a returning guest whom I always enjoy speaking to, Dr Swami Shankardev Saraswati, to explore the mind-body connection.   Shankardev is a medical doctor, a Yoga Acharya (authority), and a Yoga Therapist. He is also a psychotherapist, an author, a teacher, and an astrologer. Shankardev's psychological practise combines Western and Eastern methods of psychotherapy, including yoga, philosophy, meditation, and other methods of awakening consciousness. He's been teaching yoga and meditation for, well, almost 50 years.   Join me as we discuss the deep connection between the mind and the body, yoga, meditation, conscious mind, mindfulness, and so much more.   For more on Dr Swami Shankardev Saraswati, head to his website: https://bigshakti.com/ You can get his books here: https://bigshakti.com/product-category/books/   CREDITS: Host: Dr Ron Ehrlich Guest: Dr Shankardev Saraswati Producer: Amelia Navascues ----- TIME TO TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR HEALTH?
