She then completed her Doctorate at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ. Dr. Torres completed her residency in Emergency Medicine at University Hospital in Newark, NJ. She then went on to practice Emergency Medicine in an underserved community at Newark Beth Israel Hospital in Newark, NJ. She has also practiced in various urgent care settings as well. At Newark Beth Israel, she worked the night shift for nine years. She now works as a Functional Medicine Physician at Trubliss Medical Spa in Verona, NJ.
