In the Democratic Republic of the Congo, 10 civilians were killed and a hospital burned down in Ituri in north-eastern (DRC). According to the army, the hospital was set on fire by fleeing members of the group. Ugandan-born armed forces of the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF). We contacted from Ituri Jean-Bosco Lalo, who is president of the civil society in Ituri.
