DREAMS AND VISIONS AFTER THE BEAR RIVER MASSACRE: Conversation with Darren Parry

In early 1863 a terrible injustice occurred to the people of the Shoshone tribes. Soldiers murdered many native men, women, and children. In the aftermath of this horrible tragedy, healing in some tribe members became a reality through the dreams and visions of their Chief, Sagwitch. Those revelatory experiences lead them to the gospel of Jesus Christ and to the Logan Temple. Darren Parry shares this miraculous experience as a direct descendant of Chief Sagwitch. He also shares other miracles that enabled his ancestors to find peace and healing through the Atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ, by making and keeping the ordinances and covenants of the gospel offered in the temple.
