Ils sont portés par nos parents et finissent pas être gravés en nous.  Evidemment, nous sommes tous dominés ou au moins conditionnés par quelques drivers dominants. Ils constituent notre personnalité. Cap sur le premier driver : Fais des efforts. Un message contraignant martelé dès le plus jeunes âge. On se remémore certainement des injonctions de nos parents comme " Ne te contente pas de la médiocrité" ou " quand tu fais quelque chose, fais-le bien ou ne le fais pas du tout". Objectif : montrer à l'enfant qu'il ne faut pas reculer face à l'effort. Pour réussir il faut être persévérant. Ce qui est en partie vraie, mais si ce driver est omniprésent, il se retourne contre nous. On pourra alors observer un individu impliqué à toute épreuve, qui fuit la facilité et adore la difficulté. Pour le "fais des efforts", les résultats importent peu, seuls les efforts comptent. Ce profil est doté d’une grande capacité de travail et dispose d'une énergie inépuisable. Il se contente difficilement de plaisirs simples, ce qui peut être épuisant au quotidien. Comment agir face à ce driver ? Si vous identifiez ce driver en vous, prenez le temps d'apprécier le repos et de vous contenter des plaisirs simples. Essayez de vous proposer des objectifs simples et faciles, sans complication. N'oubliez pas de mettre une notion de plaisir dans ce que vous faites ! Acceptez les autres, même ceux qui font beaucoup moins d’efforts que vous !
