Being a fan of "Walls of Jericho" and having had Candace on recently, I reached out to Dustin Robert, their drummer to chop it up. But Episode 221 of The Brooklyn Blast Furnace Podcast turned into much more than just a conversation about "Walls of Jericho". He was in the middle of a tour plating with Corey Taylor when we recorded this. We talk about growing up in Ohio and his early bands including the awesome "Premonitions of War", plating in "Attika 7" and his "Beastie Boys" cover band "Imposters in Effect". He just got asked to do a run of dates with "Prong" and we both fan boy about our love for "Anthrax" amongst a bunch of other banter. This was super fun to do. Enjoy.
