Dyatlov Pass and the Khama Daban Incidents with Thom Pollard

This week we talk with Cinematographer and explorer Thom Pollard again about some pretty crazy events that happened in Russia back in 1959 and 1993.Theres something special about a mystery that goes down in the remote wilds of this world. Be it in the far north where temperatures regularly reach negative 30 degrees fairnght; or in the high mountains where people can literally disappear into thin air; or in the dense jungles where the vegetation is still hiding vast ancient cities; the vast emptiness of the desert where shifting sands continuously bury treasures from our distant past; and of course we can’t forget about the deep oceans where more is known about space than what is down there.     When something strange goes down in one of these places  there’s a really good chance we’ll never know what happens and in some cases we’ll never even know something was wrong in the first place.  These two incidents we talk about tonight have remain mysterious to this day. There are talks of Aliens, slab avalanche’s, weapons testing but we will never really know and that could be because everyone involved in the first incident died horribly and one only lived to tell the tale of the second, even if her story sounds more like a Hollywood horror film.If you’d like to donate to Almost Canon please click the link below.
