E #158: embodiment hypnosis

from Built for the Edge Hosted by Kehla Guimond

This episode is part of the hypnosis series that Kehla has introduced onto her podcast So what is hypnosis? Hypnosis brings the body & mind into a deep state of relaxation. This deep state of relaxation leaves the subconscious mind more open to suggestibility -- this is a place of opportunity where we can re-wire our thought patterns to align with our highest intentions & desires in life. In this recording Kehla will essentially be guiding you into a deep state of relaxation through visualization. Kehla will then speak to your subconscious mind to shift its focus on embodying who you want & need to be to get what you want in life. You will be left empowered to let go of old limiting beliefs that have been hardwired into your mind unconsciously. Meditation & hypnosis are similar in the sense that they're both guided forms of relaxation, however hypnosis uses the language of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) for suggestions to shift your subconscious mind & it's current deep rooted beliefs into new empowering beliefs.
