The holiday season can cause lots of stress and even trauma, especially when you are juggling lots of expectations and obligations. It's important to identify your priorities because that can be helpful when your obligations are in conflict. Hopefully it gets easier if you are a parent because your kids and their holiday experience are, or should be, a clear priority that you can honor without shame, or guilt. Right?
