E002: Ashley Bendle - Black Belt

Ashley is a Black Belt and shares that she may be quite emotional if she wins the £2k Prize Pot offered for KAIROS 2! She has been training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for 23 years to-date and has never looked back, and even recalls all the movements being second nature to her, when she wasn't playing with her dolls. Sharing how phenomenal it is to train with other females is something that means a great deal to Ashley, and even more so in recent years.
