E055 - Introducing Lon Varnadore

This podcast introduces Lon Varnadore as the new Sage Apprentice and co-host. Lon, an indie-published science fiction and fantasy author with over ten books, shares his writing journey and process, revealing himself as a "pantser" who enjoys the discovery of rewriting. He discusses his editing techniques and struggles with anxiety despite his publishing success. The hosts explore Lon's writing habits, such as working on multiple projects, and preferences, like rewriting over editing. They banter about their differing views on writing processes and their lack of podcasting plans. Finally, Lon shares his social media handles, inviting listeners to connect.
