Here we go episode 1!!! OK so first I'm sorry for the audio issues. We had some problems with the headphones picking up the audio and not the mic. This will be fixed next time I promise. This week will be an intro to me, my life and my journey as I go from training at home, to in a gym with a coach, my decision to start my CPT certification and working towards getting stage ready.Because who doesn't want to do all the things.
