E109: Hayley Valentine - Black Belt

Hayley Valentine is a new Black Belt and has just had her 29th Birthday. Wishing you all a Happy Festive period, with some downtime, and at least one Open Mat! Hayley opens up about what life was like before Jiu Jitsu and shares coming from a family of remarkable humans. She was thrilled to find such a different world on the mats, and just wanted to get fit. Giving your all, is something that is close to Hayley's heart, and it's very clear that her passion is to put her whole self into everything she does. Taking opportunities to compete, especially at White and Blue Belt is something we should all embrace.
