Hey there, it’s Iggy bringing you another episode of The Boardroom Podcast to help you stay calm, and make those game-changing moves into your business.Today, I want to discuss something we've been cooking up internally—the Competitive Triangle mentality. Now, you might be wondering, what's this all about? Well, it's a mental model nestled under our core value of obsessive greatness. We're all about being the best we can be, delivering top-notch products, and creating stellar experiences for our clients. No frills, just the real deal.Is it really relevant to know your competitors to achieve being great as a team? The answer? Yes. It's essential to have role models that fuel your ambition.Remember, we're not just talking about real competitors; we're also giving a nod to the imaginary rivals. What value would these “Imaginary rivals” offer to leave you in the dust? Let me share a personal story from my athlete days. I had this imaginary rival, Jameer, on the East Coast. Every morning, I'd wake up knowing he'd already put in three hours of hard work. It motivated me to hit the gym early, study film during lunch, and give my all during practice. This imaginary competition pushed me to be my best self. So, what would you benefit from challenging yourself to be better? It's about continuous improvement and self-competition.Trust me, having a mirror will become your powerful tool! It's a simple yet effective flywheel that propels you towards greatness.Want to know how to foster a culture of healthy competition within our teams and drive each other to be the best versions of ourselves?
