What do you get when you mix the palate and bourbon prowess of David Jennings with the good folks over at the WoodWork Collective? Well...it's none other than Raconteur Rye! The recently released, limited edition, straight rye whiskey is a blend of three different/expertly finished types of 95/5 MGP rye: traditional new charred oak, cured toasted oak barrel 48 months (air dried), and finally, a mizunara barrel that once held 16 year old Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey. These three liquids were expertly married to create the inaugural release of Raconteur Rye. But, what does it taste like? You'll have to listen to find out.
