E2: A Journey to Confidence: Intrinsic vs Extrinsic

Confidence is not something we are born with. Confidence is something that we develop as we discover our capabilities. But in order to discover your capabilities, you have to put yourself into situations that test those abilities and test your character. You have to put yourself into situations that SHOW YOU what you are made of and what is untapped within you. You can't just sit on the couch waiting for the day to come when you finally feel confident enough to do XYZ. You have to just do it.
