True Story is a new whiskey company founded by Wes Henderson, who is a Kentucky Bourbon Hall of Famer and co-founded of Angel's Envy. For this week, we taste and review the first two offerings in the history of the company which are a finished bourbon whiskey and a finished rye whiskey. Henderson and co invite you to "pull up a chair" as your "True Story" is waiting. As per the usual, we pulled up some chairs and got to work. This episode serves as our unofficial Thanksgiving celebration. As such, we discuss things that we are thankful for, fires, castles, and fortified wine (not in that order).
