E21: Mort Nace | Roads Are Poison

Mort Nace is my guest today. If a running community has a soul, that’s Mort. He is trail running in western NY. As a general manager of a running store (Medved Running & Walking Outfitters), the race director for one of the most popular trail races in the country (The Muddy Sneaker 20k Trail Run), and an accomplished endurance athlete in his own right there isn’t an aspect of the sport that he’s not involved in. My buddy Jim Graham talks about the pull of kindred spirits. Mort is definitely that for me.
