March Madness is upon us! A few episodes ago, we tasted and reviewed a bottle of the Club Blue small batch bourbon (Team White). Since that time, we visited Bespoken Spirits to learn more about the process and what goes into these NIL fundraising bourbons. In this episode, we taste and review a bottle of the Club Blue Team Blue Bourbon which is a high rye bourbon whiskey finished with ex-tequila and cherry wood staves. In order to eliminate all preconceived notions, we decided to fresh crack this bottle and blind it against an array of other different bourbons in order to give it the fairest shake possible.
