If you are an astute listener, you've heard Anthony reference the "esteemed institution" and the James B. Beam Institute. The bourbon we taste and review this week was the created by a group of students at the University of Kentucky. It might be hard to believe, but UK has a Distillation, Wine, and Brewing Certificate and students in that program took a class where they learned how to create and market a brand.
