In this episode we chat with Betsy about her history and background, meditation and how about how everything you need is actually right within you. Betsy is an inspiring teacher, guide and leader and we so enjoyed having her on the show. Background: Betsy began practicing yoga regularly in 1991 and has been teaching yoga, meditation, and yoga nidra since 2001; leading classes and workshops in multiple yogic disciplines.
