The 2023 Books of the Bible Draft

Description: Saddleback Church Content Development Pastor Jason Wieland is joined by Saddleback Spiritual Growth Pastors Brandon Bathauer and Linda Tokar for a Books of the Bible Draft. It’s the time of year when many people do their fantasy football drafts. Here on Doable Discipleship, we draft too – just in a different way. In 2022 we did a People of the Bible Draft and this year we set our sights on the Books of the Bible. The premise: Which 5 books of the Bible would you want if you were stranded on a deserted island. The twist: this year we introduce categories. Each person has to draft 1 book from each of the following categories: Old Testament (non-prophet), Major Prophet, Minor Prophet, Gospel, and New Testament (non-Gospel). Once a book is selected, it cannot be chosen by another person.
