She provides continuing wellness training on various nutrition and health topics for Fitlife employees, to help foster a growing wellness culture. She is a former student athlete diver at South Dakota State University where she received her B.S. in Health Education with Nutrition and Journalism Minors and her M.S. in Exercise Science from Ashland University in Ohio. She is also an ACE Certified Health Coach and Group Exercise Instructor.
