E4 - Don Corleone's Marathon Obsessed Nephew
from Run To Paradise Hosted by Tarkine
Calm down everyone, the glimmer twins have returned. Nick and Erchana - the running worlds answer to Bonnie and Clyde, Lennon and McCartney, Big Boi and Andre 3000, Bevis and Butthead - have returned to subject you to one whole hour of "uhuhhuhuh... running" and other such searing insights. This week we tackle the big issues ; Nicks sicilian holiday and the associated dangers of following random strava maps, Erchana's film premier https://biff.com.au/films-event-schedule/one-five-zero/#:~:text=150%20is%20an%20inspiring%2C%20hilarious,150%20marathons%20in%20150%20days. Nick's mounting terror leading up to Feral Pig, LCD Soundsystems workout mix https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WoVO2HKwfbg , the melbourne marathon, and finally we dive into our perilously shallow mailbox! Cmon u lazy buggers send us more shit! We are DESPERATELY LONELY. https://www.patreon.com/c/RunToParadise3000 is where you can do it, and also give us a little or a lot of money if you like what we're doing. In this episode, and all others, you'll also get very very good advice about training and nutrition, mainly (only) from Erchana. Seriously i was listening to her talk thinking "goddam this is good advice" and i'm only partially braindead! Make of that what you will. Free advice from a world class coach and record holder. Anyway, cheers!
