Sometimes the biggest growth comes from letting go. In this episode, I share my decision to step away from my role as a mentor at Two Brain Business after seven years. It wasn't an easy choice—Two Brain has been a huge part of my journey, shaping me as a leader, business owner, and mentor. But when I sat down to plan for 2025, I realised it was time to reallocate my time and energy toward my own goals and growth. Leaving a safety net—whether it's a job, relationship, or commitment—can feel scary, but it's often the key to leveling up.
