Triggers, emotions, and the divine dance of healing take center stage in this vulnerable solo episode where I share behind-the-scenes insights from my spiritual practice. When faced with emotional triggers, many of us instinctively run away from painful feelings—a pattern I maintained for decades until divine intervention stopped me in my tracks during a severe panic attack. That moment became the catalyst for the Ascension Alchemy Ministry and a whole new approach to emotional healing.The human vessel carries unprocessed emotions from childhood experiences, creating energetic blockages that prevent the full embodiment of divine presence. Each trigger that surfaces in our relationships offers a sacred opportunity to heal these wounded parts. By creating space between stimulus and response—through breath, prayer, and journaling—we transform from victims of our emotional responses into empowered beings capable of choosing reactions aligned with divine truth.My personal journaling practice includes ten different journals dedicated to specific aspects of inner work: one for triggers, another for gratitude, one for divine conversations, and several others for creative development and ministry work. This practice creates a sacred dialogue between my human self and divine self, allowing emotions to be witnessed rather than controlling my responses.The journey of embodied ascension isn't about transcending humanity but integrating it with our divine nature. When we allow ourselves to cry what I call "holy baptism tears," we wash hurt from our hearts and create space for divine light to flow more freely. Sometimes this process requires support from others—finding prayer partners and spiritual community creates a container for vulnerability and transformation.Have you been running from certain emotions?
