Most of us shift our personalities to fit our jobs, our home life, or when we visit our parents or in social situations. That's to be expected. but think of where you feel your best and are your most successful, and ask whether you bring that "you" everywhere. Athletes are sometimes outstanding on the field or the court or the track, but maybe not so much in "real life". How do we bring the skills we have learned in our most successful roles to other aspects of our life?
