He began at his family's store by sweeping the floors, then worked in shipping and receiving, became a parts manager, and eventually a general manager. Justin's passion for powersports also led him to work with the Factory KTM racing team and travel the world. As a seasoned veteran of DMS and dealership operations, we discuss the Dealer Management System (DMS) and its functions in the Sales, Parts, and Service departments. As a project manager, he is accountable for ensuring that dealers use the tool to make their lives more effective and profitable.
