Sa mission : promouvoir le rôle des femmes dans la transitions écologique ! Earthship Sisters s'engage en faveur de la planète Deborah Pardo propose donc aux "sisters" d'agir concrètement au service de l'environnement avec des expériences inédites. Après un appel à candidature, elles s'engagent pour un an dans ce programme mené en parallèle de leur vie professionnelle. A la clef : 200 heures de formation digitale pour donner naissance à un projet en faveur de la planète. Des expéditions à la voile et des week-ends de formation en leadership au contact de la nature complètent le tout. Les femmes à l'honneur Ce programme d'accélérateur de leadership environnemental encourage donc les femmes porteuses de projets innovants dans le domaine de l'environnement. Les sisters sélectionnées se soutiennent et s'épaulent. Ici, la force du collectif est primordiale. Toutes s'encouragent et se conseillent pour mener leur projet à terme.
