Eastern Cape 6-year-old becomes primary caregiver to his family

A six year old boy in Mandela Park, Mthatha, has been found taking care of his grandmother, mentally ill mother, and his two-year-old sibling. The Eastern Cape Social Development MEC, Bukiwe Fanta has now become aware of the situation. Sakina Kamwendo spoke to SABC reporter Nkululeko Nyembezi
