I do not hold on to what has weighed me down—I place it into Your hands. I do not carry this forward. There has been a time for everything in this day—every moment, every demand, every responsibility. And now, I release it all to You. You sustain me. So I cast every care into Your hands. Every pressure, every concern, every lingering thought—I let it go now. I do not keep it, and I do not revisit it. Jesus, hold what I cannot carry. Settle what I cannot resolve. Bring peace where there has been tension. I trust Your timing. What is unfinished, You will complete. What is uncertain, You will hold. What is unresolved, You will carry.
