“Io non credo che il vino sia prontissimo al web. Faccio un discorso generale poi dipende dalle aziende, dalle persone, dalla confidenza delle persone con gli strumenti. Il web è iperdinamico. Occorre stare molto attenti, farsi aiutare dai giovani, avere in azienda persone adatte e aprirsi, essere pronti a parlare con tutti. E’ un mondo incredibile. E soprattutto avere una filosofia di quello che si comunica. Altrimenti è tutto inutile, si fa una grande confusione, si misurano i “like” e non serve a niente.
