eClinicalWorks Cloud and healow Providing Value to HealthNet

from Healthcare IT Today Interviews · host John Lynn

Having attended multiple eClinicalWorks user conferences, one of their big efforts was to move all of their users to the eClinicalWorks cloud.  eClinicalWorks had made a big investment in cloud and they wanted all of their users to benefit from the reliability, scalability, and benefits of being on the cloud. With this in mind, I sat down with V Cantrell, MD, CMO at HealthNet and Abigayle Gomez, EMR Director at HealthNet, at the eClinicalWorks annual conference to learn more about their recent move to the eCW cloud.  They shared with me what went into the decision to move to the cloud and details of the results. Along with moving to the cloud, HealthNet has also been leveraging eClinicalWorks healow solution to improve their revenue cycle management.  Gomez shared with us about their experience using healow Pay and Statements and how it has really benefited the HealthNet organization's RCM.
