In this 35-minute podcast episode, these topics are being reflected on by Mika Risku and Darshan Bhat. Mika is the head of the Institute of Educational Leadership in Jyväskylä, Finland. The institute provides qualifying education and professional development to educational leaders. Darshan is the founder of CreatNet Education, which establishes learning communities of inspiration and support with and for public sector education leaders in India. The two met each other through the Global Innovation Network for Teaching and Learning (GINTL), which is an initiative of Finland’s Ministry of Education and Culture, together with 21 Finnish higher education institutions and their partners in India, China, and the African continent.
