EFF Secretary-General Marshall Dlamini says the party is proposing an automatic voter registration, where citizens automatically appear on the voters' roll after turning 18. The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) has today launched its communications campaign for the local government elections scheduled for the fourth of November.
