Effective Time Management – Schedule Recurring Events

from The Accountability Minute:Business Acceleration|Productivity · host Anne Bachrach

To be as efficient as possible, I suggest scheduling recurring event time blocks in your calendar as far in advance as possible, as much as you can.  For example, I work with a personal trainer 3 days a week. It is the same three days and at the same time each week, assuming I’m in town.  I schedule this for the entire year.  I can always change it if I need to, but the time is blocked for my personal trainer time for 12 months out.   You can always schedule a recurring time block for when you would like to do client acquisition or revenue generation work, and client service, for example. Scheduling recurring events as much as possible will save you time with how you want to spend your days and weeks.  To download my complimentary Time Log Exercise to help you be even more time efficient, so you are in a higher probability position to achieve your goals, go to: https://www.accountabilitycoach.com/time-log/.  Simple instructions come with the exercise to help you know how to complete the time log. Are you ready to take your business to the next level?
