EFT for Weight Release w/ Terran Leigh (Pod #265)

from Tapping Q & A - Getting the most out of tapping and EFT · host Gene Monterastelli

Support the podcast! Releasing weight is about much more than simply knowing you should eat better and exercise more. First, there are usually a number of emotional blocks to making healthy choices and, second, even when we make the right choices, our system may still cling to the extra pounds. This week I have a conversation with Terran Leigh about the most effective ways that you can use tapping to release excess weight. We talk about getting to the root cause of emotional issues, the best ways to tap for those issues, and some simple techniques you can use daily to clear the space required for emotional healing. She now works with clients to realize their own changes waiting just under the surface. She helps her clients first to release stress and then to target and shift their emotional blocks, bringing more success, happiness and peace into their lives. She works in-person in NYC and does phone sessions with clients all over the world.
