Bu varlıkların en büyük kısmını, %74'lük bir payla 243.436.513 bin TL tutarındaki stoklar (arsa ve konut stokları) oluşturmaktadır.Özkaynaklar: Toplam özkaynaklar, 2024 yılı sonundaki 125.398.937 bin TL seviyesinden 129.708.658 bin TL'ye yükselmiştir.Satış Yöntemleri: Hasılatın büyük bir kısmı Arsa Satışı Karşılığı Gelir Paylaşımı (ASKGP) projeleri ve konut/ticari ünite satışlarından elde edilmiştir. 2025 yılı içerisinde ASKGP projelerinden 14,3 milyar TL, konut ve ticari ünite satışlarından ise yaklaşık 57,6 milyar TL gelir sağlanmıştır.Borçluluk ve Nakit: Şirketin net borç/özkaynak oranı 2025 sonunda %20 olarak gerçekleşmiştir. Dönem sonu nakit ve nakit benzerleri tutarı ise 7.878.632 bin TL'dir.
