Yıl boyunca toplam 8.044 adet bağımsız bölüm satışı yapılmış ve 995 bin m² brüt alan satışı tamamlanmıştır. Arsa Satışı Karşılığı Gelir Paylaşımı (ASGPM): 2025 yılında 14 adet ASGPM ihalesi başarıyla tamamlanmıştır. Bu ihalelerde arsa ekspertiz değerlerinin ortalama 2,92 katına ulaşan bir çarpan etkisi yaratılarak, toplam 170,9 milyar TL satış toplam geliri taahhüdü alınmıştır. Uluslararası Açılım: Şirketin Riyad merkezli bağlı ortaklığı Emlak Konut Global LLC aracılığıyla Suudi Arabistan’da National Housing Company ile "Hayat Mekke" projesi için ön sözleşme imzalanmıştır. 1.014 villadan oluşan bu proje, şirketin teknik bilgi birikimini uluslararası arenaya taşıyan stratejik bir adımdır. Sermaye ve Fonlama Stratejileri: Gelecekteki büyüme potansiyelini desteklemek amacıyla kayıtlı sermaye tavanı 4 milyar TL’den 100 milyar TL’ye yükseltilmiştir. Ayrıca finansman çeşitliliği kapsamında Damla Kent projesi ile gayrimenkul sertifikası ihracından 21,4 milyar TL gelir elde edilmiştir. 2026 Yılı Vizyonu: Şirket 2026 yılı için 135,2 milyar TL ön satış geliri, 13,1 milyar TL net kâr ve 60 yeni ihale hedefi belirlemiştir.
