El alcalde de Medina aclara que "Son reparos administrativos y no prevaricación"

El alcalde de Medina Sidonia, José Manuel Ruiz, ha acudido al Juzgado de Instrucción de Chiclana al ser citado como investigado por un presunto delito de prevaricación por el pago de facturas con informes desfavorables y reparos formulados por parte de la Intervención de Fondos del Ayuntamiento. Finalmente no pudo declarar al suspenderse la vista. Sobre este asunto, el alcalde ha acusado al portavoz del PSOE, Juan Cornejo, de intentar confundir a la ciudadanía, y ha explicado que lo que se juzgan son errores administrativos o reparos que ha presentado el interventor municipal, pero siempre dentro de la legalidad.
