Un matí de març del 2011, a Alcanar, al Montsià, un nen va caminant cap a l'escola. A la porta oberta d'una casa abandonada, el nen hi veu les cames d'una persona estirada i quieta. No en fa cas. Sap que a la casa deshabitada sovint hi entra gent a fer-hi festes i dormir-hi. Poc després s'hi acosta una veïna i veu que és el cos d'un home enmig d'un toll de sang. Aquest cas passa a terra ferma, però la policia li va posar el nom de Déu del Mar. I és que Neptú hi aporta la prova decisiva.
