En este episodio te cuento sobre estrés y distrés, por qué una respuesta breve y bien calibrada hasta puede ayudarte a adaptarte, y por qué lo que de verdad desgasta es cuando la alarma es demasiado intensa, se repite sin descanso o no se apaga. También le entramos a lo que casi nadie dice: que todos tenemos una respuesta de estrés, pero no todos cargamos la misma mochila. Y, el corazón del manejo del estrés: muchas veces no podemos cambiar lo que nos pasa, así que el poder está en cómo lo enfrentamos.
