Eugeni Ordeig és fotògraf, però també és un amant de la pagesia i membre de la secció d'enologia i viticultura de la Institució Catalana d'Estudis Agraris. I des de fa sis anys té entre mans un projecte: buscar ceps silvestres a Osona i al Ripollès. Malgrat la poca tradició vinícola d'aquesta zona, ha arribat a identificar-hi una seixantena de varietats de raïm diferents, 40 de les quals eren completament desconegudes fins ara. Ens visita acompanyat d'Edu Muixach, viticultor, tècnic agrònom i assessor del seu projecte de recuperació de varietats.
