El suro, el gran oblidat de les ampolles de vi

El "Tast vertical" d'avui està dedicat a un element imprescindible de les ampolles de vi, però que acostuma a passar desapercebut: el tap de suro. Ens visita Joan Puig, president de l'Institut Català del Suro i de la Confederació Europea del Suro, i també director general del grup Oller, una empresa que cada any fabrica uns 300 milions de taps, alguns dels quals van a parar a algunes de les millors ampolles del món. Amb ell descobrim, entre altres coses, que els taps de qualitat també aporten matisos als vins.
