In this episode I had the good fortune of chatting with Elana Connor @peregrinasails, Sailor, Captain, global traverser, she's sailing around the world solo but I can't not mention her trusty four-legged companion Zia, together on their trusty boat Winfola are sprinkling fairy dust one port at a time to those who need help the most, our kids and especially those of abusive households or in the foster care system, as a childhood abuse survivor, she knows exactly how hard it is for kids in this situation to find hope or role models, and knows exactly how much meeting one person and having a good experience with them can alter the trajectory of one's life.
