from Eyvah CEO Doğuruyor! · host Murat Yeşildere

Eyvah CEO Doğuruyor!'un yeni bölümünde LifeClub Kurucusu Elif Elkin ile birlikteydim. İş hayatında bilinçsiz ön yargılarla kadınlara atanan roller, 8 Mart Dünya Kadınlar Günü’ne yaklaşımı, eşitsizlik ve ayrımcılık konusuna alttan gelen yeni jenerasyonların bakış açısı, aile ve iş hayatındaki eğitimin önemi, dilin davranışlarımız üzerindeki etkisi ve cam tavanları konuştuk. Bununla birlikte LifeClub’ın %60 oranına varan kadın çalışan sayısı, şirketin amacı ve sağlık yönetimine getirdiği yenilikler, inovasyon, kız çocuklarının yazılımda %8’lik düşük oranı ve bunu yukarı çekmek için yapılması gerekenler, yönetim kurullarında kadın çalışan sayısı ve daha fazlasını konuştuğumuz sohbetimize zaman ayırıp görüşlerini paylaştığı için kendisine çok teşekkür ediyorum.
