Un "Tast vertical" especial de Sant Jordi. En els últims anys s'ha ampliat força l'oferta tant a casa nostra com a fora en aquesta matèria especialitzada i, a més, ho ha fet amb llibres de gran nivell. François Chartier acaba de publicar (Planeta Gastro) un manifest on es demostra científicament l'impacte aromàtic de la biodiversitat del paisatge en el perfil aromàtic dels vins i els aliments. Per parlar-ne hem convidat la sommelier Isabelle Moren, coautora del llibre. També parlem de "Catalunya, terra de vi", llibre prologat pel sommelier Josep Roca que convida a fer un viatge per les dotze denominacions d'origen de Catalunya. Per parlar-ne hem convidat l'editor d'Andana, Ramon Nadal. Ferran Centelles ens acosta el volum 5 de "Vinos" de la Bullipedia, que tracta del tast de vins com a activitat, i l'escriptor Martí Gironell, l'autor de "La força d'un destí", ens explica aquesta novel·la inspirada en la vida de Jean Leon.
