Els millors sommeliers de Catalunya

Dos dels tres millors sommeliers de Catalunya s'asseuen a la taula del "Tast vertical". D'una banda, Cyril Vemeulen, maître sommelier d'El celler de Can Roca, que amb només 28 anys es va proclamar campió del concurs de millor sommelier de Catalunya 2025, organitzat en el marc de la Barcelona Wine Week. De l'altra, Chus Brion, professora de sommelieria a l'Escola Superior d'Hostaleria de Barcelona, que hi va aconseguir la tercera posició. I parlem també amb Anna Casabona, delegada comercial de Juvé & Camps, que va quedar en segon lloc per quart any consecutiu.
