Els millors vins per maridar amb romesco

Fa pocs dies es va celebrar a Tarragona la primera edició del Congrés d'Investigació Tecnicocultural sobre el Romesco, i al "Tast vertical" hem volgut aprofitar l'ocasió per parlar d'aquesta salsa tradicional de la cuina catalana i de quins són els millors vins per acompanyar-la. Ho hem fet acompanyats pel president del comitè científic del congrés, el divulgador gastronòmic Txaber Allué (conegut a les xarxes com El Cocinero Fiel) i amb dos representants de la DO Tarragona: la seva presidenta, Maria Rosa Blanch (propietària també dels Cellers Blanch), i Pep Llauradó, vinyater de Mas del Botó.
