Muove i primi passi verso il vino nell'istituto alberghiero Carlo Porta di Milano, dove ha la fortuna di incontrare come "insegnante" il sommelier-campione del mondo 1978- Giuseppe Vaccarini.Nel 2001 vince il "miglior sommelier junior (under 21) d'Italia" e parte per una breve esperienza estera. Due anni in un'enoteca milanese e poi, nel 2004, inizia la sua collaborazione con lo chef Davide Oldani. Tutt'ora gestisce la cantina del D'O.Per la guida "Identità Golose" è il MIGLIOR SOMMELIER 2018. Ricopre, su Milano e provincia, la carica di Coordinatore della Associazione della Sommellerie Professionale Italiana.
